Welcome to the NEON Youth Services space, for a complete listing of youth programs, and services available at "Norwalk Economic Opportunity Now". NEON 2007-08 After-School programs opened in September 2007, and will run through the current school year at the following sites: 1) Roodner Court Neighborhood Center at Nathaniel Ely School (203) 853-4552. 2) South Norwalk Community Center at Columbus Magnet School (203) 899-2489.. 3) G.W. Carver (203) 838-4305 All of the above sites offer Youth Summer Camp programs, which begin on July 7, 2008. All camps will be closed on July 4th. The last day of camp is August 15, 2008. The NEON summer camps for 2008 are anticipated to operate at full capacity and registration begins on May 20, 2008 NEON will be participating in the 2008 Summer Food Service Program. NEON will, again, be participating in the Mayor's Summer Youth Employment Program.
