On Nov. 14 the mayor and City Hall employees spearheaded a coat drive to help those less fortunate stay warm this winter. Clean coats in good condition were delivered to NEON, Inc. on 98 S. Main St. On Nov. 15 the coats will be made available free of charge to local residents at NEON.
